Foote's Hold Dairy, AZ Plant #04-154 is the only licensed raw goat cheese dairy in Arizona and the smallest raw goat milk cheese manufacturing plant in Arizona, New Mexico, California and Nevada. We are a family owned dairy located in Dudleyville, AZ.
All of our cheese is made from our own herd of dairy goats inducing Nubian, Mini Nubian, French Alpine, and African Pygmy. Our "girls" are tested for TB, Brucellosis, and Scrapie annually; and their milk is tested monthly.
Foote's Hold dairy is nestled in a cove of cottonwoods along the San Pedro River. Our girls thrive on fresh green pasture, organic grains, alfalfa hay and much love. We milk twice a day and there is no shortage of hugs or belly scratches. We hope
