Hands-On Workshop: Knife Skills & Vegetable Stock
Learn basic knife skills, knife care and safety. Enrollment limited for safety and individualized instruction. Feel free to bring your favorite chef's knife (non-serrated) so that we can sharpen it during class. Once we learn how to properly cut the ingredients for rich vegetable stock, we'll learn what goes in stock (and what doesn't) and how to cook, store and use this fundamental ingredient.
