We are a new winery. Has anyone made wine from chocolate mint.

I have not heard of using the mint in the wineries in Missouri. I did hear of an idea that surfaced some time ago using Chocolate mint in your water glass at a table setting. Example: Restaurants/food establishments would place a sprig of Chocolate mint in your water glass.

a bit off topic but if you take stevia leaves and rub together with mint you get a chocolate mint flavor - fyi

ive grown chocolate mint and i LOVE it never thought of it in wines tho? and chocolate mint by itself dosent need stevia its allready perfect stevia is too sweet fer it

When pairing wine with chocolate, you can seek wines that have the same flavour notes as the chocolate nutty, cherry, mint or look for contrasts. I really like the dark chocolate mint wine I heard that this is totally herbal product.
