How do you make potpourri with chocolate mint?

not sure, but I just bought a bundle at farmers market, put it in water, and all rooted within days so now I have choc. mint plants!!

I am a harvester since 5 years, bit I did not even see chocolate mint plant, can you post an image of this plant.
