Chicken nuggets are made from chicken that is deboned, ground, and formed with binders (and possibly fillers) to make the nuggets. An exception is the ones that Chick-fil-A sells. They are made from chunks of the small muscle in the chicken breast. Hot dogs are really a type of sausage made from low value meats. They can have any combination of chicken, pork, or beef depending on the brand. They also have many other ingredients besides the ground meat. All of the ingredients are required by law to be on the package. Personally, I prefer whole cuts of quality meat.
