Hello all!

I am a writer for Lancaster Farming and have been thinking of what to cover this holiday season... I decided I should add a few new stories to the same Turkey/Christmas tree Farm theme and a few ideas came to mind.

First was Mistletoe. Is anyone aware of any mistletoe growers in the New York/New England area? (I am limited to traveling too far out of my Central New York area).

Also... I was thinking of specialty crops that are centered around the holidays such as sweet potatoes. I did a bit of searching without any luck on this crop, either. (seems like several growers in NJ, though)

If anyone has any advice or ideas I would love to hear from you! Also, if you are a producer or someone involved in a special holiday agricultural event, please do let me know!
