Fossum Family Farm Alpacas and The Alpaca Farm Store

We are a family farm located about 2 miles northwest of historic Northfield, Minnesota. Our interest in alpacas started in 2003 and within no time we moved from being a cattle farm to raising alpacas .. and a couple mini donkeys too! Kevin's many years of experience with livestock (dairy & beef cattle, pigs and sheep) and Vicki's great love for all animals made beginning the "alpaca lifestyle" a natural choice for us.

At Fossum Family Farm Alpacas, we focus on all aspects of the alpaca business including animal sales (both breeding and fiber animals), boarding, breeding, and fiber. Several years ago we expanded our farm to include The Alpaca Farm Store which sells everything from raw fiber to completed products made from alpaca. We also offer farm tours, mentoring, and educational workshops/classes.
