Is it spring yet? Kidding and lambing begin March 1, followed by the first seedlings at the end of March. Weather permitting, our Certified Organic Produce will be available on schedule this year. Our major crop this year is broccoli. Seems the demand always outstrips our supply, so we're planting it as the feature crop. That is closely followed by other cole crops, including cabbage (red and Savoy), and cauliflower. New this year are Kale and Kohlrabi. Also the Chard this year is "rainbow" for additional color. Of course, we'll have the "greens" for the salad bowl, along with peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, radishes and zucchini. New this year is New Zealand Spinach, a favorite of Shari's from when she lived in Oregon.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
New Cedar City Downtown Farmers' Market (location TBA) each Wednesday evening from late July into Oct. Market hours are 4pm to 7pm.
We'll have basil, baby oregano, fresh garlic, bunching onions, leeks and a good variety of fresh vegetables.
Due to demand and supply, we'll be at the Downtown Farmer's Market exclusively this year.

Farm-fresh eggs available daily 10AM - 4PM.
From Beryl Junction (Hwy 56 and Hwy 18), go north on Beryl Hwy 5.9 miles to 4800 (Antelope Springs Rd). Turn left and go to the next corner (400 W). Turn right and we are the only farm on your left.
"Home-Raised" Custom Meat Program. We will raise your hog, lamb, or goat especially for you.
