our neighbor brought this heirloom back from her mother's home in Spain where this flower is locally known as 'Don Pedros'. Flowers are primarily fuchsia or yellow, while a few plants display both colors in spotted and striped color variations. Very similar to the fragrant, old-fashioned Four O'Clock which opens at approximately four o'clock in the afternoon (before Daylight Savings time came into effect). The fragrant flowers are pollinated at dusk by large hawk moths and sphinx moths.

Garden Medicinals offers over 220 varieties of medicinal and culinary herb seeds, roots, and select heirloom vegetable and ethnic flower seed. All seeds are non-gmo, open-pollinated and untreated. Most seeds are naturally grown and a few are certified organic. Our vegetable seeds do especially well in hot, humid climates where vegetable production can be difficult. Our herb selection also includes dormant root stock of ginger, ginseng, goldenseal, black cohosh, false unicorn, and wild yam.
