NEWS: FOX CREEK FARM NOW HAS ALSO PICK-UP SITES IN CLIFTON PARK AND EAST GREENBUSH! New for 2012: Now offering Large ("Full") and Medium ("Half") shares Fox Creek Farm is owned and operated by Sara and Raymond Luhrman. The farm, established in 2001, is located in Gallupville, which is in the most Eastern part of Schoharie County. In 2007, we moved our farm from the land we had been renting to owned and leased land. We farm on 67 acres of Lansing soils, that are part of a larger historic 100 acre deed. We are operating as a CSA since 2004. Our farm is an off-grid operation - we generate all the electricity needed for our operation with two 1.3 kW solar arrays, in combination with a 1kW wind generator. (more...)
