Freedom Organix is a small diversified 20 acre farm. We raise vegetables, flowers and herbs for our CSA members and local farmers markets. We also raise eggs from free-range chickens. Our many breeds of chickens, including heritage breeds such as as Cochin, Brahmin and Araucana, lay medium to large sized brown and blue-green eggs. Our flocks live out on pasture with access to shelter and are fed organic grains. We also offer a small number of pasture raised heritage turkeys for delivery in November. A flock of Sebastopol and Chinese geese grace the property and earn their keep as weeder geese during the summer. We also proudly maintain a herd of grass-fed Hereford cattle. At Freedom Organix we practice sustainble farming methods, using no chemicals or pesticides.
