We are offering custom processed beef for your family freezer. Beef is grown on pasture, hay and locally grown grains and silage.
When an order is placed for less than a whole carcass, we will hold the order until an entire beef is ordered. Since we are a small family farm, we take the beef to a local ODA licensed processor and call you when it's ready for pick up. We can deliver within a 20 mile radius of our farm (see our address and do a mapquest to see if you are within range) for a small fee.
Price per lb is figured on the hanging weight. Average 1/4 beef range from 100 lbs to 200 lbs.
We need a 2 - 3 week time frame for beef orders.
We are a small family farm in Licking County Ohio. We raise grass fed meats and eggs, as well as limited produce in season.
