We raise beef for our own families, and now offer the same high quality meat we are used to enjoying. If we are not able to fill your order with our own farms beef, we also have 3 friends and neighbors who grow small numbers of beef also,and if the timing is right we can get it from them. 1/2 of a beef will feed our family of 4/5 for at least a year.
Think of it! No high priced beef of questionable origin to purchase at the grocery store for the next year!!!
Call or email to reserve your 1/2 beef. We take orders for partial beefs until we have enough orders to total a whole carcass. (We just don't have the room to store it on site...so we only slaughter when we have the orders to fill, that way you know you are getting only the freshest meat possible)

Meat can be cut to order, based on your specifications.
You choose what cuts you want. The processor cuts, vacuum wraps and lables it, making it easy to find in the freezer, and helps to remain fresh and freezer burn resistant.
Usual order processing time..depends on the amount volume the processor is dealing with at the time. We can usually expect at least 2 weeks...so give yourself plenty of time. Delivery available within 20 miles radius (use mapquest to determine distance to Gratiot Ohio), or we can meet you with your order if you are further than 20 miles.

We are a small family farm in Licking County Ohio. We raise grass fed meats and eggs, as well as limited produce in season.
