We are a strict "all natural" input farm. We are trying to use only sustainable practices for our produce and animals. Currently we are raising Berkshire pigs on alfalfa and clovers with a non-GMO corn supplement, no fillers or pellets ever. Jersey/cross steers on grass only "never any corn" for beef sales and soon to have more free range chicken available this fall.
All animals are humanely raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, all animals are raised in the sunshine and not in confinement, our back to natures way promotes healthy and happy animals. As of May 2012 we have one litter of Berkshires born and being raised naturally with another litter coming soon. Produce is limited at this time due to time constraints (full time off farm job) but our farm will be open all fall and winter with a greenhouse program for cold weather crops, such as lettuce, carrots and swiss chards. Soon to become animal welfare/humane certified.
Pork sales call for hours and prices- Store is new and not finished for public sales yet. Produce will be provided as harvested, phone or email to see what and when for availability until store construction is completed.
