Our Fresh cheeses have a delicate spreadable curd with a distinctive tangy flavor in addition to the flavors of fresh milk and a little hint of sheepiness at the finish. Lovage gives the cheese a subtle licorice flavor.
These cheeses are wonderful spread on a sandwich or cracker, and in pasta, omelets and salads. They also make a lovely presentation alongside aged cheese on a plate.
