Turkeys and chickens are flash-frozen, which offers the freshest, most flavorful turkey available. Our heritage turkeys and chickens are pasture-raised and completely free of pesticides, chemicals and anti-biotics. They are raised cage-free on our 30-acre farm and are free to roam, as nature intended. Since we only raise 400-500 heritage turkeys a year, please call to reserve your turkey for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any special family event.
Our turkeys and chickens are processed at Sonday Produce located in Waupaca, WI. Sonday Produce is organic certified by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA), as well as inspected and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. They are USDA certified according to the National Organic Standards (NOS).
For internet sales, fresh turkeys are shipped flash-frozen via UPS or FedEx in order to ensure the finest quality and freshness. The tracking number will be sent to the customer by email immediately upon shipment.
