Our diversified, organic vegetable farm was established in 2008 and operates using the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model. We grow upwards of 100 varietes of vegetables on a little over 2 acres, striving to improve the ecosystem value of the land and soil as we maximize the health of our produce, and in turn, our community.
We are proud to be a female-run farm and firmly value and uphold the principles of friendship, cooperation, and community service.
Our CSA season lasts 25 weeks, from late May or early June into November. We offer two share sizes. Depending on your vegetable eating habits, a small share ($450) is enough for 1-2 people per week and a large share ($725) 2-4 people per week. We aim to include 8-10 varieties of fresh, seasonal vegetables in your share each week. Our pickups are at Friendship Farms on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30-6:00; Sylvania/Holland location TBD on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30; and at the Downtown Toledo Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 8:00- noon.
We currently have shares available for the 2016 season! Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or if you would like to come visit our farm!
We are offering fruit and coffee shares for the 2016 season! Fruit shares are $180 for 18 weeks. Maddie and Bella coffee shares are $125 for a 10 week share (12 oz bag) and $45 for a 10 week share (4 oz bag.)

This is my second year with Friendship Farms CSA and I couldn't be happier. Jaime and Susan do an exceptional job and I look forward to my pick up day each week! I'm thankful my family is receiving local, nutritious food and I love that at the same time we are supporting our community.
Hurry up and grow veggies! Last summer was a bumper crop and we are anxiously awaiting the new food. We missed it tremendously this winter.

2012 was our family's first year participating in a CSA. We discovered Friendship Farms through this website and I'm so glad I found them. I feel good supporting the local economy, eating organic veggies, and exposing my children to where food actually comes from! I've been pleased with the value that we received this year.... [more]
