Fritzsch Eklund Farm

We are a small, family-owned farm. Our calves are raised in the pasture, low stress and with no growth hormones or antibiotic feed supplements, thus resulting in lean, delicious beef.

We use a local family-owned meat locker. The beef is dry-aged at their facility prior to processing, which increases the tenderness and flavor.

We sell beef by the quarter, half, or whole, and also offer individual pckages and bundles! You can purchase the beef in any amount that works for you and at fantastic prices!
