Each Rack of Lamb is a 9 Boned Rack that has been Frenched and the chine bone is cut so that when you have finished cooking the rack you can simply slice it for individual servings.
We use insulated boxes along with ice packs to insure the meat arrives frozen.
Our lamb is sold through Farmer's Markets, Food Co-ops, and in high-end restaurants and we have received the highest praise from our customers as to it's quality.
Lamb raised the 'old fashioned' way! Our farm is three generations old and we raise all of our animals in the same way our grandparents did. Our farming is 'pre-organic' which means we use the practices that were used before 'organic' was even thought about. Our animals are pasture born and raised and they fertilize our land naturally. We do not put any chemicals, hormones, supplements, or unnecessary antibiotics in our animals, in our feed, or on our land.
