Although we live in the San Francisco Bay Area, we've chosen to raise our animals in Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley, where deep soil and abundant rainfall provide us with lush green grass for our grass-based farm. We have modeled our practices after Joel Salatin's Polyface Farm. Our goal is to raise the healthiest, most nutritious food available for customers that are concerned about the food they eat and how it is raised. We offer pastured chicken and turkey, grass fed and grass finished beef, pastured pork, free-ranging goat, and eggs from hens that are moved regularly to fresh grass/clover pasture. Though we have chosen to not seek organic certification, we follow practices that preclude the use of pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, growth hormones and routine antibiotics on our farm.
