Full of Life Flatbread bakery and restaurant is located in the heart of historic downtown Los Alamos, CA. Our artisan, handmade pizzas are baked in a primitive wood-fired oven. Our restaurant is open every Friday and Saturday night from 5-10pm and Sunday Supper from 4-8pm. We use all locally grown ingredients to give our flatbreads a sense of place. Our pizzas are distributed and sold in frozen departments at supermarkets across the nation and are better known as Full of Life Flatbread Pizzas.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings we convert our production bakery space into a restaurant and invite our neighbors and the community to gather around our stone hearth and enjoy freshly prepared Flatbreads. Each week we shop at area farmers' markets and talk with growers, farmers, and artisan food producers, so that we can offer our restaurant guests the freshest seasonal ingredients possible.
