Working very hard to be a sustainable small CSA. Most work is done by hand, by one person with very little machinery. Raising heritage breeds of poultry & sheep and leaning heavily toward heirloom vegetables, antique fruits & herbs including: Brandywine Tomato, Sops of Wine Apple, Soay Sheep, and a wild variety of chicken, duck, geese, turkey and guinea fowl adding more each year. I love all the different colors of the birds and eggs. There is nothing better than slow cooked fresh food shared with friends.

I believe in the necessity of bio-diversity. ie- keeping a broader gene-pool around. It seems an odd thing to say "Eat them to save them", but it is true. By supporting small producers that raise heritage breeds, heirloom fruits, vegetables & herbs you can help save the wonderful, flavorful, colorful, independent character found in antique breeds of livestock, fruits, and vegetables. Happy Eating for all the Foodies and Slow Food folks out there! Fresh from my hands to your plate. MMMM Tasty!!
