Garden To Be

We are professional gardeners working with distinguished chefs and culinary establishments in creating local seasonal cuisine. It is evident to us that farmers and chefs uniting to create a regional food system works for farmers, is good for the local economy, is better for consumers and gives chefs the best selection of fresh ingredients.

Our Mission is to sustain a profitable agricultural business to preserve land~human connections by feeding people healthy food through ecological stewardship.

Our practices support a healthy soil structure in our fields to produce beautiful and nutritious certified Organic specialty vegetables, herbs and flowers.

To taste the essence of the land, the spirit of the place where food comes from, is quite valuable and nurturing in the human experience, and we believe, this happens when you eat close to the source.

It is our effort to bring this experience to you.
