Gardens of Eagan (GOE)

Gardens of Eagan is a 116 acre, urban-edge, vegetable farm, providing certified organic produce and transitional organic produce to the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. Its proximity to a metropolitan area allows the farm to serve as an educational resource to consumers and farmers through its 501 (c) 3 non-profit, The Organic Field School, http://www.organicfieldschool.org/.

Gardens of Eagan grows certified organic vegetable and herb starter plants in the spring. In season, GOE grows certified organic and transitional organic sweet corn, cauliflower, watermelons, peppers, broccoli, kale, cucumbers, lettuce, swiss chard and tomatoes. Gardens of Eagan sells directly from the farm and through Co-op Partners Warehouse, St. Paul.
