We own and operate a small-scale livestock business. Our primary goal is to provide our customers with fresh and flavorful meats produced using organic methods. We currently raise Berkshire (a rare black breed) pigs. These pigs are grown naturally on organic feed in our Pennsylvania woods. They are rotated regularly into fresh paddocks. Our pigs enjoy rooting up nuts and insects and wallowing in the cool shade of the trees.
Our pigs are processed at a small, family operated, USDA inspected facility in rural Northern Pennsylvania.
Berkshire pork raised in the European style. Our pigs roam woodsy paddocks eating nuts and grasses and are fed organic feeds.
