The Gensemers have been in the meat business since 1900. We've been in the present location since 1983 custom processing beef, hogs, lambs and goats. We are a custom exempt butcher, we handle all phases of meat processing from trucking live animals to vacuum packaging and blast freezing the finished cuts. We cure and smoke hams and bacon, manufacture several different types of sausage and make scrapple. We also run a cow calf herd to sell feeder cattle to local farmers to finish.
