The George Street Co-op aims to provide vegetarian and vegan items that are as free as possible from contaminants and additives. Food items include organic produce, organic cheeses, varieties of organic herbs and spices, and organic bulk items such as beans and nuts. Additionally, we offer an extensive gluten-free section, incorporating items from baking items to frozen foods. We are health-oriented, with a full range of nutritional supplements (including our own in-house brand!). Hot soup, spinach pies, and hot coffee are available daily in our "to-go" section.

Hours of Operation / Other Details:
The co-op is open from 10AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 10AM to 7PM, and Sunday hours are 10AM to 6PM.
Nonworking members receive a 5% discount; seniors receive a 5% discount. Discounts are higher for members who volunteer (up to 25%!).
