Our Grits and Corn Meal are made at the Georgia Agrirama in Tifton, GA. The peanuts are also Georgia Grown, perfect for candies and homemade peanut butter! The 2lb bag of peanuts has recipes for both microwave and oven peanut brittle as well as roasted peanuts on the bag of the cloth bag.
The grits are in 2lb bags, they are the same type commonly used in the South during the period represented by the Agrirama (1870-1899). They are made straight from the rocks of the Davis Grist Mill. The bag has this description as well as directions on the back.
The Corn Meal is also made at the Agrirama's Davis Grist Mill. Recipes for Corn bread and Cracklin' bread are on the back of the package.
