Georgian Crystal is an oily garlic, making it great for roasting and spreading on crusty bread. Flavor has that classic roasted garlic taste. Bulbs are a nice large size with 4-6 big cloves in pink and yellow wrappers that are easily peeled.
All of our varieties are USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC by Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). We are committed to sustainable, organic growing methods, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our northern climate is especially suitable for the hardneck varieties we grow, which have shown to be vigorous during our cold winters and successfully emerge through a thick layer of mulch in spring.
Garlic is graded by size with the largest bulbs selling first. One pound of garlic contains from 5 to 10 or more bulbs, depending on the size. We sell only the highest quality - if we wouldn't plant it, we won't sell it!
