Gib's Farm is a small intensive four season organic fruit, vegetable, herb and cut flower farm outside of Elysburg PA near Knoebels Amusement Park. We strive to grow delicious food and beautiful flowers while doing no harm to the earth. Companion planting, green manures, crop rotation, compost, and integrated pest management help us to realize optimum production in minimal space.
Two movable high tunnels enable us to grow a great many crops year round. We are enrolled in the Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program with the NRCS. Most of our arable acres and woods are to be put in conservation. Member of PASA; supporting member of PCO.

Herbs: dill, parsley, cilantro, chervil, chives, oregano, lemon thyme, rosemary, sage, winter savory, English thyme, mint. Starter plants: Rutgers tomatoes, Thai Ascent chili peppers, hot and spicy oregano, French thyme, Gold-tipped marjoram. Order ahead for delivery/pickup Fri PM or Sat AM. Give us a call!
