The Gilcrease Orchard is a non- profit foundation started by Ted Gilcrease before his death in 2003. The orchard is the only remaining large farm in the Las Vegas Valley. We are mainly a "pick your own" operation for the sales of our produce. We also do school field trip tours. Some of the Produce that we grow are: Apples (also apple cider) Pears Peaches Plums Apricots Pumpkins Potatoes Sweet potatoes Zucchini Tomatoes We are open now on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon. we close in November

This place is so awesome. I wasn't sure what to expect (I mean, really? A FARM in Las Vegas?) but I was blown away. The pumpkin selection wasn't the greatest, but that's our fault for going so close to Halloween (I got several adorable smaller ones for table decor and am planning to go earlier in the season next year)....
