We have a 76-acre farm of which we operate with all horse-drawn equipment to work the soil. We raise our own crops for our dairy cows, horses, chickens, pigs and sheep which provide for our own milk, cheese, butter, eggs and meat. We raise a variety of Certified Naturally Grown vegetables and strawberries for CSA and the local community. We are blessed with a family of 8: Amanda (10), Roman (8), Elias (7), John (5), Salome (4), Neal (3), Pete Jr. (1) and Moses (3 mos.). We offer a full year (year-round) CSA. Certified Naturally Grown and home made pastries such as whole wheat or spelt bread, cookies, dairy products, winter crop potatoes, cabbage, sauerkraut, fresh meat and eggs, raw honey, maple syrup, preserves, jams, pickled beets and dills, applesauce, corn-meal flour and recipes.
