(Ginkgo biloba)
The ancient Ginkgo tree is one of the most beautiful and interesting trees to plant in your yard, or to line your drive.
The Ginkgo is one of the oldest living tree species, and its leaves are among the most extensively studied botanicals in use for medicinal purposes today.
Native to China, some specimens are believed to be 3500 years old! Resistant to pests and disease, they commonly live to be 1000 years old. They tolerate CO2 changes and other pollution, and thus are very adaptable to urban settings.
VERY SORRY, BUT THE GINKGO TREES DID NOT FRUIT AT ALL THIS YEAR! PLEASE CHECK BACK NEXT FALL, WHEN WE HOPE TO HAVE A BOUNTIFUL HARVEST!
