Farm Description

Girl Next Door Farm (GND) is a chemical-free produce operation founded by, tenant farmer, Marlena L. Bolin. The farm is a one-woman run, two-acre plot, located on an Oldham County hilltop, along the I-71 corridor in La Grange, KY. It is situated on the southern-most portion of its surrounding 20 acres of hay production. We grow a diverse variety of fresh vegetables from April through November. The vegetables are sold at two Louisville Farmer's Markets, restaurants, grocers, and through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA).

Beargrass Creek Farmer's Market on Shelbyville Road in Louisville KY on Saturdays 8-12.

I wholesale: potatoes, radishes, kale, salad greens, beets, chard, kohlrabi, gr. onions, carrots, hierloom tomatoes, summer and winter squash, cucumbers, okra, basil, cabbage, turnips, and brussels sprouts.
