Each package of goat chops contains two 1" thick chops from 80lb, 5-7 month old goat kids raised with natural feed and without any additives or antibiotics. Each package weighs between 6 and 10oz. A fast, easy, delicious meal - Excellent for grilling.
Chevon (Goat meat) is low in calories, fat and cholesterol and is high in protein and iron. Aside from being one of the healthiest red meats available, it has a wonderful mild flavor - similar to grass-fed beef.
Our meat is custom processed at a local USDA facility, vacuum sealed and packaged to our specifications. All of our meat bears our unique farm label.
