Our cubed goat stew meat is from shoulder cuts from 5-7 month old, 80lb Boer goat kids who have been raised with natural feed and without any additives or antibiotics. These packages weigh approximately 1 lb each and are a healthy meal choice.
Our meat is custom processed at a local USDA facility, vacuum sealed and packaged to our specifications. All of our meat bears our unique farm label.
