Wonderful farm raised goats for meat. The goats this year are half Boer/ half Nubian.
When you order a half goat you will receive 26-40 pounds of meat, and with a whole goat you should expect 80-100 pounds of meat.
We will butcher in October 2008. Get on our list now and let us know the way you want yours cut. After receiving your order, we will contact you to discuss butchering options.
Pastured raised Cornish cross chickens for meat, farm fresh eggs (brown), raw goat milk, cheese and pastured raised goat meat. All goat products can only be sold in Kansas - must pick up milk and cheese at my farm. CSA- farm fresh vegetables too.
