We are a family operated and owned farm specializing in naturally grown vegetables. We use compost, rock powders, and kelp for growing and only use natural methods for pest control. We specialize in salad vegetables and unusal vegetables, but also grow a wide variety of vegetables.
Our main crop is lettuce, which is grown in raised beds and is available year round. Tomatoes, bell peppers, salad cucumbers, squash, carrots, onions, a variety of cabbages, sugar snaps, French filet beans, beets, spinach,and arugula are also crops that are grown.
Within one year's growing season, there are more than 30 different types of vegetables grown for market. Many of the unusal vegetables are heirloom varieties or varieties from Asia or Europe. We also grow herbs such as basil, cilantro, parsley and others.
