Mayhaw Jelly is produced using the berries harvested from our natural native trees here on the property. The stand has more than 175 trees. They ripen the first weeks of May and the berry is sold in one gallon packages (3 pounds).
Registered Myotonic (Tennessee Fainting) Goats. These heritage goats are raised for breeding stock, pets and lastly meat.
Katahdin Sheep are also part of our ranch. We use pasture rotation management to keep our stock healthy and free of parasites.
Pasture raised free-range hens run around the farm every day. We put them up at night to keep them safe from the fox.
We also sell bags of diatomaceous earth and Golden Blend livestock feed for pickup here at the ranch.
