Golden Eagle Alpaca Farm

We started 5 years ago to live the rural life and raise natural fruits, vegetables and animals. We do this full time. We have 14 Alpacas, and 7 llamas. Our Guinea Flock keeps our bug population in check and our Rhode Island Red and Ameracauna flocks of chickens provides us and our customers with fresh eggs. We have recently added 14 ducks so we can have duck eggs available in the Spring. We raise lots of fresh veges in our 2 large garden plots. Our vegetable plots are continuing to yield and we have a 72X30 High Tunnel Greenhouse which extends our growing season.

We also have 1400 ft of Blackberry Bushes, an 80 tree peach orchard, 100 blueberry bushes and 3 dozen young grape vines of the eating variety. We start our plants and flowers in our 26 ft greenhouse. We grow some day lilies and native fast growing trees as well.

Our goal is to be as natural and "green" as possible and we take it 1 step beyond "organic" and choose to be "natural". And, we recently were accepted into the CERTIFIED NATURALLY GROWN PROGRAM. Hey, we it this stuff too!

We welcome farm visits to see the alpacas and llamas, but please call us 757/438-2997, to make sure we will be around.

If you are in the market for any of the above, please call to arrange a visit, and thanks for looking at our site.
