Golden's Farmers' Market is a Saturday morning market meant to be a family experience. It's anchored by great veggie and fruit vendors and lots of specialty businesses who bring their treats each week for visitors to sample and bring home to their own tables. Events, educational forums, entertainment all alongside the beautiful Clear Creek make this a fantastic place to spend your morning. The Golden Farmers' Market also supports debit, credit, and EBT card services. The market is always seeking volunteers to help set up. Give us a call if you would like to help out.
Live music, free horse-drawn carriage rides through Historic Golden and an antique John Deere tractor will be at the market to admire. Garden d©cor, specialty treats, flowers and plants, and hard to find items fill up many of the booths. Enjoy and purchase fresh fruits and veggies, frozen fish and meats, fresh breads, canned condiments and sweets, locally-made wines, plus wonderful pasta and unique cooking ingredients.
10th and Illinois, next to the Golden Public Library, Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Exceptions: No Market during Buffalo Bill Days, 7/28 and the market will be open from 8:00am-4:00pm for the Fine Arts Festival, 8/18
Food and food related vendors, not trinkets and crafts. Large space between the Table Mountains and Lookout Mountain and Clear Creek. Totally run by volunteers, no money goes to administrating it.
I love the variety & community. Lots of fresh fruits & veggies. Great food, great people, great town.
