Golden Hills Buffalo is a small organic farm, certified since 2002. Our buffalo are grass-fed. We sell direct to consumers and at farmers markets. We offer all cuts including 100% Bison-made German Sausage, Brats, Hotdogs, snack sticks and jerky. Buffalo meat is enjoyed by those who appreciate a low-fat, low-cholesterol, high protein alternative meat. Did you know that bison is lower in fat and cholesterol than skinless chicken? We sell single cuts or quarters/halves/whole.
