This variety matures a little later than regular bell peppers but produces much sweeter and tastier fruits. Vigorous plants produce high yields of high quality fruits that ripen to a deep yellow, orange color. Fruits vary in size from 7-10 inches long, have 2 lobes, and are tapered to a blunt end. Fruits have a wonderful taste a feature a very thin sweet skin. This variety is often used for roasting and frying but also tastes wonderful when eaten fresh. One of my favorite sweet pepper varieties!

All of the seeds we sell have been home grown on our small family farm. Seeds are only harvested from the best plants and varieties are either field isolated, caged, or hand pollinated depending on vegetable type to prevent cross pollination. Tomato seeds are processed using fermentation to insure healthy, viable seeds. Our seeds are hand counted and packaged in resealable plastic envelopes and are professionally labeled.
