Hello
my name is Jonathan and I run a small beekeping operation with my twin brother Matthew. We are located on the big island of Hawaii where the honey flows most of the year. Hawaii is one of the last places on earth where usage of antibiotics in the bee hives is not necessary for the survival of the hive. We also do not heat our honey in any way. Therefore our honey is as pure and natural as it can come.
We have a few different types of honey. The most popular is Lehua which comes from the native hawaiian tree Ohia. Lehua is a light honey full of different flavors and becomes solid after a short while from harvesting. Another popular honey is Christmas Berry which is a darker honey, fruity flavor and takes much longer to crystalize than lehua.
