All herbs in this blend are diuretic in nature and will increase urination.
Good blend for those who want to completely flush the system of toxins or for those that have been exposed to toxins (alcohol, smoke, etc) that need to be flushed free from the body.
Blend may be taken along with my "Kidney Cleanse Tea" or "Liver Detox" blends found here at Local Harvest.
Also good for those that cannot or do not urinate alot during the day. Your body must urinate at least 4 (four) times per day to completely flush itself and remove internal toxins.
Many of my female clients take this tea after experiencing their menses to help flush the bladder.
This tea blend can be added to any fruit juice or you can add Stevia or honey for sweetness. Tea is best consumed in its bitter from for optimum cleansing.
Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or those taking any conventional "water pills" for high blood pressure or congestive heart failure.
