All hand fed Pork twice daily; fresh shavings changed every day, best nutrition that science has available, all of our corn is myco toxin free, high quality fat, in the feed; regular inspections by Oregon State University Vet to check on herd health, farm is inspected twice a year by Oregon Department of Agriculture for waste management, use of cover crops, all manure and bedding is composted. Every sow has a name and is petted daily. Pigs are bred for meat quality, texture, marbleing and taste. Bred for maternal characteristics, carcus quality, and structural correctness.
