Gourmet Acres is a small heritage breed farm in NE Oklahoma. We concentrate on raising our animals in as natural a setting as possible using sustainable methods. We have a philosophy of conservation breeding and have chosen all our livestock carefully, and with this goal in mind. We raise registered American Guinea Hogs, Icelandic Sheep and LaMancha goats (breeding stock available) and Dorking, Dark Brahma and Delaware chickens (chicks available upon request as well as hatching eggs). We run the farm with the able assistance of our Icelandic Sheepdogs, Belgian Tervuren, Anatolian Shepherds and Sarplaniac livestock guardians.
