Nothing is more comforting than a bowl of steaming, homemade soup on a cold day. Once you master a few basic soup making techniques, you can create a host of variations. We'll review proper seasoning and homemade soup stocks. Then we'll get chopping, simmering and on to enjoying Chicken Noodle Soup; Sausage, Kale and Potato Soup; Butternut Squash & Corn Chowder; and Classic Minestrone.
