Our lambs have an average hanging weight of 35 pounds. The processing cost varies depending on your request; eg. Whole, Primal, or Retail cut. Orders are cut to your request. We are happy to help you get the right cuts for your table.

Due to the low lanolin content of their wool, Finnsheep have a uniquely "non-lamby" taste; think of it as "the veal of lamb." Try it at first with just a little salt and pepper, then adjust your favorite recipes to suit.
As a small but growing farm, we have only a limited number of lamb for sale each year. Our lamb is generally ready for pick up in mid-October, but we usually sell out by June. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
