We always weigh the order to make sure that you recieve the full weight even though the package number may vary. For example, for 2 lbs. of knuckle bone may actually receive a 3 to 3.5 lb. bone. The bones weights will vary between 2 - 4 lbs. **All Beef orders except orders for the Beef Jerky Require Ice and an insulated box for shipping. Therefore We have a minimum order requirement of $50.00 or more in order to receive FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING. Beef Jerky is excluded from this minimum order requirement since it is shelf stable.
